Even though we're barely into the new year, we've been working on 2018 weddings since the summer of 2017. Crazy, right?!
That being said, we've got a sneak preview into the hottest wedding trends for Oklahoma brides in 2018, and we're ready to give you the scoop.
Grab a cup of coffee, pull up your Pinterest board, and let's get down to business (no, not to defeat the Huns).
1. Deckle Paper
Deckle paper is handmade by slightly tearing the edge of cotton rag sheets. Because each sheet is individually made, it can certainly be a pricier paper luxury - but for many brides, it's well worth the extra pennies! We can totally see why. It has an elegant and vintage feel that is hard to replicate.
2. Dusty Blue
Still looking for your something blue? Consider a dusty shade of turquoise for your invitations, envelopes, and accents. We've seen this shade paired most commonly with hues of pink, navy and rose gold - especially for spring or summer weddings.
Vellum (and similarly rice paper) is everywhere right now! It's contemporary, sleek, and won't break the bank. If you're still searching for a special gift for your soon-to-be-spouse, consider having your vows handwritten on a sheet of vellum. Bonus: these start at just $40!
